Frisbee for your Friends

🗽 What’s This Session About?

• This session is to get your friends/ dates/ colleagues, and family to explore the game of Ultimate Frisbee.
• If you already play Ultimate, & then signup for both you & your friend(s). You also need to make sure they turn up and you need to turn up too.
• Most times, having you around will make your friends feel relaxed, comfortable & then can enjoy the game better, especially if they are playing for the 1st time. So call-in for yourself too if you are coming in.
• If you are New, & haven’t tried this sport before, Think about of the time when you were playing Chor-Police (a.k.a. Kalla-Police, Tag, Running & Catching), Ultimate Frisbee is somewhat similar in terms of the Cardio involved, you are running behind a piece of plastic flying in the air, & trying to catch it in the opponents “end zone”. (You will get enough time to recover, I promise.)

It's on the 22nd of June (Saturday) at 6:20 pm at the Coolulu, Turf Park, Koramangala.

💰What is the cost?

It’ll cost Rs 400 per person which will mostly cover the ground rental costs & cost of the volunteers transport.

👋 What to expect in the session?

• This session is going to cover the absolute fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee, right from holding the disc to understanding how the points are scored, Spirit of the game, Rules of the game etc.
• You can ask anyone in the Frisbee community about Sloppy Discs, if there is 1 place where people get their friends to learn the sport of Ultimate, it's the Sloppies. We are known for having absolute fun while playing the sport with the highest spirit without getting extremely competitive or focusing on winning. (This may be a subtle flex:))
